• Support@Shepherd.com - For tech support or any random question.
• Ben@Shepherd.com - If you need to get ahold of Ben.

Generally, we respond within 24 to 48 hours during the week. Your email will go to our support desk, where anyone on our team can help you 😄.

Who will email me back?

Ben or Cathy. Cathy handles most of our day-to-day emails and will add Ben to the mix if you need me (she is fantastic and frees me up to work on everything else).
